One of the best things about Rev is how accurate their transcriptions are. With our old service we used, we had to constantly review and correct transcriptions. As well, their AI templates are amazing! We create social media posts for many clients and all we have to do is transcribe the video and once we do, we then use the AI template we created and send it to the client. It makes it look like we have spent hours creating it, when really it was so easy to use and integrate, that it impresses the clients!

The insightful summaries and accuracy of transcriptions are excellent. The new meeting integrations for Google Meet are very convenient, and the ability to select from various summary analysis options has been instrumental. This is also my go-to platform for consumer interviews. This is a great platform overall, and I use it almost daily.

The transcripts make it easy for me to run keyword searches to find the documents I should focus on without billing for useless hours. I also appreciate all the ways to edit/personalize the transcript (adding speaker names, for instance). I have recommended Rev to several colleagues and will absolutely continue to use it in the future.

I’m able to use Rev to successfully cross-examine witnesses by leveraging the transcripts, video synced with transcripts, and various other features to effectively impeach testimony. While it’s possible to do this with other technologies, it’s much harder and requires a gazillion more hours of prep. Rev is a very cool product for trial lawyers

Rev is most helpful in that they understand different speakers with different accents and English proficiency and can turn recordings into written transcripts very quickly and often ahead of schedule.

Rev removes a solid 50 hours of work for us here at our Forensic Psychology Office. We utilize it for our dictations and for sending off to our typist. We typically dictate reports and then our typist would attempt to write it out, but with Rev the work load is reduced significantly.
