Rev for Zoom: Never Miss a Word

Connect your Rev and Zoom accounts and easily transcribe your meetings by simply pressing record on Zoom.

Why Use Meeting Transcripts?

Better Engagement

Taking notes and paying attention in a meeting is a challenge. Relying on AI transcripts and AI-generated meeting summaries means all meeting participants can be fully present and engaged.

Better Accessibility

Schedules are busy and last-minute conflicts pop up. If your whole team can’t make a meeting, transcripts help everyone easily access the information shared.

Better Notes

Meeting transcripts take down exactly what’s said and they don’t miss a detail. Unlike manual note-taking, transcripts are always accurate.

Less Knowledge Loss

According to IDC, up to 50% of corporate knowledge can’t be found centrally. By sharing meeting transcripts, information becomes open and searchable, saving your team time and cutting down on frustration.

Less Missed Details

Never worry about misremembering key details of a meeting. With a transcript, you can quickly and easily find answers to any follow-up questions.

Less Multitasking

With Rev taking notes, participants in a meeting can disconnect from their computers and focus in on the conversation at hand. Less checking Slack, more productive conversations.
