Link Your Calendar
From the home screen, click the CTA labeled “Connect Your Calendar.”
Add Rev Notetaker or Paste URL
Add Rev Notetaker to your meeting using the meeting calendar integration. If your calendar is not connected, simply copy and paste the URL of the meeting into Meeting Hub before your meeting begins.
Receive Transcripts
Your Rev Notetaker will automatically join, record and transcribe your meeting, whether you’re there or not. Once your meeting has ended and the transcription is finalized, your completed AI transcripts will live in your Workspace on rev.com.

How to set up?

- Connect your calendar.
- Add the Rev Notetaker using the toggle. If your calendar is not connected, simply paste your meeting link in the form above the calendar on the Meeting Hub page.
- Your Rev Notetaker will automatically join, record and transcribe your meeting, whether you’re there or not. Once your meeting has ended and the transcription is finalized, your completed AI transcripts will live in your Workspace on rev.com.

What is speaker identification and how do I enable it?
Speaker identification is the addition of speaker names in a transcript. It shows you who is speaking and when. When you connect Rev and Zoom, Rev’s transcripts will pull speaker names automatically from the names of the participants in the Zoom meeting.
